NA-R-Alpha-Lipoic Acid - 100 mg
Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) is a component found in the metabolism of mitochondria, which are responsible for energy production. It is therefore a natural substance that is synthesized by the human body itself.
Numerous studies have observed a positive influence of additional alpha lipoic acid intake on insulin levels and cellular insulin sensitivity. Conventional alpha lipoic acid in supplements usually exists in a mixture of S- and R-isomers. In isolation, the R-form has shown better absorption rates in studies. Bound to sodium (Na), it also has higher water solubility, which is why we chose the high-quality NA-R-ALA form.

Gymnema Sylvestre Extract - 100 mg
Gymnema Sylvestre is a plant from southern India and tropical areas of Africa. In traditional Ayurvedic medicine, the leaves have been used for centuries due to various supposed properties, including their effects against diabetes and obesity.
In fact, studies have observed that taking the extract can increase insulin sensitivity as well as insulin production and secretion in the pancreas. At the same time, it was observed that the extract has a protective effect on the beta cells of the pancreas against oxidative damage.

How should Invictus GDA be taken?
Depending on individual insulin sensitivity and carbohydrate intake, we recommend taking 1-2 capsules of Invictus GDA before carbohydrate-rich meals with sufficient liquid.
