Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate

AAKG (Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate) is the bond of the amino acid arginine with alpha-ketoglutarate, which is a key intermediate in the Krebs cycle and in the metabolism of amino acids. Alpha-ketoglutarate is one of the most important nitrogen transporters in metabolic processes. Arginine – is the only precursor of nitrogen (NO) – and has growing popularity among bodybuilders who want to maintain their hard physique under all conditions. Alpha-ketoglutarate is a keto acid produced by the deamination of glutamate and participates in the energy-producing biochemical processes of human cells.

Recommended dosage
Take 4 capsules daily 60 minutes before training or in the morning on an empty stomach. Cyclic use: take a break after a few weeks.
