Scitec Turbo Ripper comes in capsule form. The package contains 100 capsules. Recommended initial dosage: first 1 capsule daily to check tolerance. Maximum daily dose according to the manufacturer: 4 capsules. One serving contains, among other ingredients, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Green Tea Extract (rich in catechin), Tyrosine, and Bitter Orange Extract (standardized to synephrine). The caffeine content is 200 milligrams per serving from various sources, including the patented microencapsulated, sustained-release NEWCAFF™ caffeine, which releases its entire caffeine content over approximately 4 hours. Recommended cyclical use: use for 8–12 weeks, then take at least a two-week break.
