Recommended use: Mix 40 g (3 heaped tablespoons) of powder with 50 ml of water and let it rest for 1 minute. Makes 2–3 smaller or 1 large pancake. Fry in a pan with a little oil over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
