Ingredients for chocolate flavor: micellar casein concentrate (contains milk) 85%, low-fat cocoa powder, L-glutamine 5%, coconut fat. Manufacturer's recommended intake: mix one serving (30 g = 1 level scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) with 300 ml of water. Manufacturer's recommended time of consumption: before bedtime.
