The composition is supplemented with vitamins and minerals: Vitamin C 80 mg (100% NRV), Thiamine 6.0 mg (545% NRV), Niacin 30 mg (188% NRV), Riboflavin 5.0 mg (357% NRV), Pantothenic acid 5.0 mg (83% NRV), Vitamin B6 1.8 mg (129% NRV), Vitamin B12 2.0 µg (80% NRV), Magnesium 199 mg (53% NRV), Iron 14 mg (100% NRV), Zinc 10 mg (100% NRV), and Iodine 150 µg (100% NRV).
Ingredients include magnesium oxide, gelatin capsule shell, green tea leaf extract 11.7%, iron gluconate, guarana seed extract and other ingredients according to the manufacturer.
