Diese Kapseln haben es in sich. Neben Calcium-Ascorbat, dem besonders verträglichen und gepufferten Vitamin C, setzen wir zusätzlich auf Camu Camu-, Hagebutten-Extrakt und Acerolapulver, also den besten, natürlichen Vitamin-C-Quellen, die die Natur zu bieten hat.
Wozu benötigt man Vitamin C überhaupt?
Da der menschliche Körper Vitamin C nicht selbst herstellen kann, musst du es ihm über die Nahrung zur Verfügung stellen. Vitamin C ist ein Antioxidant.... Auch für die Herstellung von Kollagen (= Eiweiß im Bindegewebe) wird Vitamin C benötigt. Zudem für die Bildung von Knorpel- und Knochengewebe.
Wie viel Vitamin C "muss" eingenommen werden?
Normale Menschen, die keinen Sport machen und gesund sind, müssen eigentlich gar kein Vitamin C einnehmen. Da du dich auf unserer Webseite befindest, bist du vermutlich ein Sportler oder jemand der sich bestens mit der Materie auskennt. Daher gelten für dich ein paar andere Regeln:
Die empfohlene Tagesdosis Vitamin C beträgt zwischen 100-200mg. Solche kleinen Dosen sind einfach über eine ausgewogene und gesunde Ernährung zu decken. Anders sieht es allerdings bei Sportlern oder bei der Verkürzung der Dauer bei einer Erkältung aus. Hier sprechen wir dann von bis zu 2.000mg (2g) am Tag. Eine solche Menge durch die Ernährung zu decken ist nicht möglich. Anbei eine kleine Tabelle:
