Olimp Creatine Xplode is a powder with a capacity of 500 g. Available in pineapple, grapefruit and orange flavors. The recipe contains 73.4% composition of creatine (creatine malate, creatine etyl ester HCl, magnesium creatine chelate, creatine alfa keto glutarate, creatine pyruvate, creatine citrate) and 10% taurine. Other ingredients include thickeners (gum arabic), flavors, the sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose as well as colors (riboflavin, beta-carotene for orange; real carmine in grapefruit and fruit punch).
Recommended consumption: 1 serving daily - before breakfast or after training. Dissolve 1 serving = 5 g powder (10 units = 1/4 of the measuring spoon) in 125 ml of water and consume immediately after preparation.
