The formula contains 73.4% creatine composition (creatine malate, creatine ethyl ester HCl, magnesium creatine chelate, creatine alpha keto glutarate, creatine pyruvate, creatine citrate) and 10% taurine. Other ingredients include thickener (gum arabic), flavorings, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose) and colorings (riboflavin, beta-carotene for orange, cochineal for grapefruit and fruit punch).
Recommended intake: 1 serving daily – before breakfast or after training. 1 serving corresponds to 5 g powder (10 units = 1/4 of the measuring spoon) and is dissolved in 125 ml water.
Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Not suitable for children and adolescents.
Weight gain may occur. The intake of the creatine-containing product should be limited in time: consume for 2–3 months, then take a break for 1–2 months and repeat if necessary.
