ProFuel V-Protein Vegan 8K Blend. Powder form, filling quantity 750 g. Contains a protein blend (92.3%) from soy protein isolate, fava bean protein, flaxseed flour, sunflower protein, pea protein isolate, hemp seed protein, rice protein and pumpkin seed flour.

Further ingredients: thickener guar gum, flavor, Ceylon cinnamon powder (0.7%), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides) and L-tryptophan. Available in nine flavors, including Chocolate Brownie, Vanilla Cookies, Fresh Mango and Neutral 480g.

Recommended use: Add 30 g powder (2 heaped scoops) with 400 ml liquid, e.g. water or plant-based drink, into a shaker and shake for approx. 10 seconds. Powder can also be used in smoothies, muesli, porridge as well as for cooking and baking.

Preparation
Dissolve one or two scoops of CREATINE in a glass of your chosen liquid (e.g. water, fruit juice, amino acid drink, etc.) and drink.

Recommended dosage
We recommend taking up to 10 grams of L-GLUTAMINE Ultrapure (1 level scoop) daily with a liquid of your choice - preferably spread throughout the day. If you have not yet taken L-glutamine powder or L-glutamine capsules, it is advisable to start with a small dose (e.g. 3 grams) and gradually increase the daily dose until you reach the recommended 10 grams of L-glutamine per day. Doctors and naturopaths sometimes recommend up to 20 grams of L-glutamine per day to support gut health. For dosages above 10 grams per day, however, we would ask you to consult your trusted therapist.
