Scitec Nutrition Protein Pancake 1036 g Pfannkuchen-Mix
Protein Pancake von Scitec Nutrition. Pulver zum Anrühren als Pfannkuchenteig. Inhalt: 1.036 g, das entspricht 28 Portionen à 37 g (1 Messlöffel).
Pro Portion: 152 kcal (bei drei Geschmacksrichtungen) bzw. 143 kcal (Quark-Orange) und 11 g Protein. Geschmacksvarianten: Chocolate-Banana, Quark-Orange (MHD 11-12/2017), Kokosnuss Weiße Schokolade und Neutral.
Zubereitung: 37 g Pulver mit ca. ½ Messlöffel Magermilch oder Wasser mischen oder schütteln, bis ein Pfannkuchenteig entsteht. Teig in eine beschichtete Pfanne geben und bei mittlerer Hitze von beiden Seiten goldbraun braten.
