Citrullin-Malat im idealen 2:1 Verhältnis
ProFuel Citrullin-Malat ist ein hochwertiges Supplement zur Steigerung der Durchblutung und der Leistungsfähigkeit im Training. Durch den verbesserten Blutfluss wird die Muskulatur im Training optimal mit Sauerstoff und Nährstoffen versorgt und gleichermaßen werden Stoffwechselabfallprodukte effektiv abtransportiert. Besonders beliebt ist das Citrullin-Malat im Muskelaufbau- und Krafttraining, da das Citrullin als Pre-Workout-Booster für einen intensiven Muskelpump sorgt. Das ProFuel Citrullin-Malat Pulver enthält die effektive Kombination aus der Aminosäure L-Citrullin und Malat (Apfelsäure-Salz) im optimalen 2:1 Verhältnis. Eine Portion (3 g) liefert somit 2 g L-Citrullin sowie 1 g Malat. Das Citrullin wird im Körper zu Arginin umgewandelt und sorgt damit für eine gesteigerte Produktion von Stickoxid (NO). Das Ergebnis: Eine Entspannung der Blutgefäße und damit eine optimale Durchblutung. Das Malat optimiert wiederum die Energiegewinnung mit Sauerstoff, was im Ausdauer-Sport der Schlüssel zu mehr Leistung ist.

Ein (3 g) bis drei (9 g) Messlöffel Citrullin-Malat mit 300-500 ml Wasser in einen Mixbecher geben und für ca. 10 Sekunden kräftig schütteln. 20 bis 30 Minuten vor dem Training trinken. An trainingsfreien Tagen am besten morgens auf leeren Magen einnehmen.
