We recommend taking up to 10 grams of L-GLUTAMINE Ultrapure (1 level scoop) daily with a liquid of your choice - ideally spread throughout the day. If you have not yet taken L-glutamine powder or L-glutamine capsules, it is advisable to start with a small dose (e.g. 3 grams) and gradually increase the daily dose until you reach the recommended 10 grams of L-glutamine per day. Doctors and naturopaths sometimes recommend up to 20 grams of L-glutamine per day to support gut health. For dosages over 10 grams per day, we ask you to consult with your trusted therapist.

Clear Whey Protein Juice in a 1000 g pouch from Big Zone. Powder based on whey protein isolate with a protein content of 82–84%. Wenn Du bisher noch kein L-Glutamin-Pulver bzw. L-Glutamin-Kapseln eingenommen hast, bietet es sich an, mit einer kleinen Dosis zu starten (z.B. 3 Gramm) und die Tagesdosis immer weiter zu steigern bis Du die empfohlenen 10 Gramm L-Glutamin pro Tag erreichst. Ärzte und Heilpraktiker empfehlen zur Unterstützung der Darmgesundheit teilweise bis zu 20 Gramm L-Glutamin am Tag.
