Recommended dosage
We recommend taking up to 10 grams of L-GLUTAMINE Ultrapure (1 level scoop) daily with a liquid of your choice - ideally spread throughout the day. If you have not taken L-glutamine powder or L-glutamine capsules before, it is advisable to start with a small dose (e.g. 3 grams) and gradually increase the daily dose until you reach the recommended 10 grams of L-glutamine per day. Doctors and naturopaths sometimes recommend up to 20 grams of L-glutamine per day to support gut health. However, for dosages over 10 grams per day, we ask you to consult with your trusted therapist.
BioTech USA Iso Whey Zero Black 908 g Protein Powder
Iso Whey Zero Black by BioTech USA is a whey protein isolate powder in a 908 g tub. Available in four flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, and Coconut Mango. The formulations contain 72–77% whey protein isolate depending on the flavor, as well as micronized creatine monohydrate (11.4%). Additional ingredients include L-glutamine, L-tryptophan, and L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate.
Native Whey Isolate is obtained through pasteurization, low-temperature microfiltration, and ultrafiltration, then pulverized in a special drying chamber. According to the manufacturer, the product is gluten-free, sugar-free, and lactose-free. Emulsifiers (lecithins from soy), thickeners, sweetener (sucralose), and for individual flavors, colorants (tartrazine, allura red AC) are listed. Country of origin is HU.

Wenn Du bisher noch kein L-Glutamin-Pulver bzw. L-Glutamin-Kapseln eingenommen hast, bietet es sich an, mit einer kleinen Dosis zu starten (z.B. 3 Gramm) und die Tagesdosis immer weiter zu steigern bis Du die empfohlenen 10 Gramm L-Glutamin pro Tag erreichst. Ärzte und Heilpraktiker empfehlen zur Unterstützung der Darmgesundheit teilweise bis zu 20 Gramm L-Glutamin am Tag.
