We recommend taking up to 10 grams of L-GLUTAMINE Ultrapure (1 level measuring spoon) daily with a liquid of your choice - ideally spread throughout the day. If you have not yet taken L-glutamine powder or L-glutamine capsules, it is advisable to start with a small dose (e.g. 3 grams) and gradually increase the daily dose until you reach the recommended 10 grams of L-glutamine per day. Doctors and naturopaths sometimes recommend up to 20 grams of L-glutamine per day to support gut health. However, for dosages over 10 grams per day, we would ask you to consult your trusted therapist.
