Olimp Gain Bolic 6000 is a gainer powder in a 1 kg can. Available in five flavors: Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Banana, and Cookies. Composition: 80% carbohydrate mix (maltodextrin, dextrose) and 15.5% protein products (whey protein concentrate, micellar casein, ultrafiltered ovalbumins). Also contains: 1.5% creatine monohydrate, 0.5% taurine, flavorings, malic acid as acidity regulator, and thickeners xanthan gum and carboxymethylcellulose.
The product also contains 0.01% vitamins (including Vit. C, Vit. E, Niacin, Biotin, Vit. A, Pantothenic acid, Vit. B6, Vit. D, Folate, Vit. B1, Vit. B2, Vit. B12) and colorants (e.g., Carmine, E 150c, Riboflavin, E 133, depending on flavor). Recommended consumption: 1–2 servings daily; one serving corresponds to 100 g (approx. 5.5 scoops) in 300 ml of water, ideally 1 hour before and/or 1 hour after training. The dosage can be halved (50 g). Consume immediately after preparation.
Manufacturer's notes: Weight gain may occur. The intake of the creatine-containing product should be time-limited; a consumption period of 2–3 months is recommended, followed by a break of 1–2 months.
