Olimp Gain Bolic 6000 Gainer Powder, 3.5 kg
Gainer powder from Olimp in a 3.5 kg tub. Powder form, available in strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla flavors. Ingredients include 80% carbohydrate mix (maltodextrin, dextrose), 15.5% protein products (whey protein concentrate, micellar casein, ultrafiltered ovalbumen), as well as 1.5% creatine monohydrate and 0.5% taurine. Also contains: flavorings, acidity regulator malic acid, thickeners (xanthan gum, carboxymethyl cellulose) and colorings depending on flavor. A proportion of 0.01% vitamins with names and individual amounts (e.g., Vit. C 4 mg – 5% RDA*, Vit. D 0.25 µg – 5% RDA*) is listed. Recommended consumption according to manufacturer: 1–2 servings daily; 1 serving = 100 g (corresponds to 5.5 scoops) in 300 ml water, take 1 hour before and/or 1 hour after training; dosage can be halved.
