Olimp Gain Bolic 6000 ist ein Gainer-Pulver in der 1-kg-Dose. Erhältlich in fünf Geschmacksrichtungen: Schoko, Vanille, Erdbeere, Banane und Cookies. Zusammensetzung: 80% Kohlenhydrate-Mix (Maltodextrin, Dextrose) und 15,5% Eiweißerzeugnisse (Molkeneiweißkonzentrat, mizellares Kasein, ultrafiltriertes Ovalbumine). Weiter enthalten: 1,5% Creatinmonohydrat, 0,5% Taurin, Aromen, Säureregulator Apfelsäure sowie Verdickungsmittel Xanthan und Carboxymethylcellulose.
Das Produkt enthält außerdem 0,01% Vitamine (unter anderem Vit. C, Vit. E, Niacin, Biotin, Vit. A, Pantothensäure, Vit. B6, Vit. D, Folat, Vit. B1, Vit. B2, Vit. B12) sowie Farbstoffe (u. a. Karmin, E 150c, Riboflavin, E 133, je nach Geschmack). Verzehrempfehlung: 1–2 Portionen täglich; eine Portion entspricht 100 g (ca. 5,5 Messlöffel) in 300 ml Wasser, idealerweise 1 Stunde vor und/oder 1 Stunde nach dem Training. Die Dosierung kann halbiert werden (50 g). Gleich nach der Zubereitung verzehren.
Hinweise des Herstellers: Es kann eine Gewichtszunahme erfolgen.
