Citrulline malate in the ideal 2:1 ratio
ProFuel Citrulline Malate is a high-quality supplement to increase blood circulation and performance during training. Thanks to the improved blood flow, the muscles are optimally supplied with oxygen and nutrients during training and metabolic waste products are also effectively removed. Citrulline malate is particularly popular in muscle building and strength training, as citrulline works as a pre-workout booster for an intensive muscle pump. Endurance athletes, in turn, benefit from citrulline malate through improved energy production.
The ProFuel citrulline malate powder contains the effective combination of the amino acid L-citrulline and malate (malic acid salt) in the optimal 2:1 ratio. One serving (3 g) provides 2 g L-citrulline and 1 g malate. The citrulline is converted into arginine in the body and thus ensures increased production of nitric oxide (NO). The result: relaxation of the blood vessels and thus optimal blood circulation. The malate in turn optimizes energy production with oxygen, which is the key to greater performance in endurance sports.

Preparation
Add one (3 g) to three (9 g) measuring spoons of citrulline malate with 300-500 ml of water in a mixing bowl and shake vigorously for approx. 10 seconds. Drink 20 to 30 minutes before training. On non-training days, it is best taken in the morning on an empty stomach.
