In AAKG (Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate) the binding of the amino acid arginine with alpha-ketoglutarate, which is an intermediate of key importance in the Krebs cycle and the metabolism of amino acids. Alpha-ketoglutarate is one of the most important nitrogen transporters in metabolic processes. Arginine - is the only precursor to Nitrogen (NO) - and has a growing popularity among bodybuilders who want to maintain their tough shape under all conditions. Alpha ketoglutarate is a ketoic acid that is caused by the deamination of glutamate and takes part in the energy-producing biochemical processes of human cells.

How to consume
Take 4 capsules daily 60 minutes before training or in the morning on an empty stomach. Cyclical use: take a break after a few weeks.
