BCAA 6400 - Essentielle BCAA Aminosäuren

Die verketteten Aminosäuren (BCAA’s) sind eine wichtige Gruppe von essentiellen Aminosäuren, bestehend von Leucin, Isoleucin und Valin.

Die BCAA’s gehören zu den neun essentiellen Aminosäuren des Menschen, da sie unser Körper nicht herstellen kann. Die einzige Quelle ist über die tägliche Nahrungsergänzung. Andererseits haben sie einen Anteil von 35% der essentiellen Aminosäuren der Muskelproteine. Leucin, Isoleucin und Valin sind unerlässliche Aminosäuren die durch verschiedene Nahrungsproteine aus verschiedenen Quellen eingenommen werden können.

BCAA’s können auch über die Nahrungsergänzung aufgenommen werden, besonders bei intensiven Trainingseinheiten oder bei körperlicher Arbeit, empfohlen. Unsere BCAA Rezeptur beinhaltet ein Verhältnis von 2:1:1 von Leucin, Isoleucin und Valin.
