BCAA+B6 contains the amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. With added Vitamin B6, which supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism and is involved in normal energy-yielding metabolic processes and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Recommended use: Take 4 tablets daily. On training days, take 2 tablets 30 minutes before training and 2 tablets immediately after training. On non-training days, take 2 x 2 tablets between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Amino acid preparation from instant BCAA 53.1% (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, Emulsifier: Lecithins) Bulking agents (cellulose gel), coating agents [stabilizer (polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol) dye (titanium dioxide), anti-caking agent (talc)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, egg, soy, gluten, shellfish, sulfur dioxide and nuts.
