Dosage recommandé
Mélanger une dose de 15 g (1/2 mesurette) avec 250 ml d'eau. Boire environ 30 minutes avant une activité physique de force. Bei Ausdaueraktivitäten ist es notwendig, dieses Produkt mit Kohlenhydraten und einer höheren Flüssigkeitszufuhr (z.B. ISODRINX) zu ergänzen. Die maximale Tagesdosis beträgt 15 g. Die empfohlene Dosierung darf nicht überschritten werden.
