Quand les marchandises seront-elles livrées ?
Commandée en semaine, la marchandise est généralement prête à être expédiée dans les 24 heures. La livraison prendra ensuite 1 à 3 jours ouvrables.
Puis-je retourner le produit si le goût ne me convient pas ?
Nous reprenons les marchandises non ouvertes dans un délai de 14 jours. Les denrées alimentaires ouvertes sont exclues du droit de rétractation – c'est pourquoi nous proposons des sachets d'échantillons pour la plupart des variétés.
Pourquoi est-ce plus cher qu'au supermarché discount ?
Parce qu'ici, on trouve des marques, pas des produits de marque distributeur. Pour les protéines, la qualité de la matière première détermine la solubilité et le goût – et cela ne figure pas sur l'emballage, mais dans le prix.
