Powdered training booster in a 225 g supply pack. Flavor: Berry Splash. Mix powder with water. Mix a 15 g dose (1/2 scoop) with 250 ml of water. Drink approximately 30 minutes before any strenuous physical activity. For endurance activities, supplement the product with carbohydrates and increased fluid intake (e.g. ISODRINX). Maximum daily dose 15 g; Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
