BCAA 6400 - Essential BCAA amino acids

The chained amino acids (BCAA's) are an important group of essential amino acids, consisting of leucine, isoleucine and valine.

The BCAA's are one of the nine essential amino acids for humans, as our body cannot produce them. The only source is through daily supplementation. On the other hand, they contain 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. Leucine, isoleucine and valine are essential amino acids that can be obtained from various dietary proteins from various sources.

BCAA's can also be taken through dietary supplements, especially recommended during intensive training sessions or physical work. Our BCAA formula contains a 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine.

Consumption recommendation
Take 1-3 servings of BCAA 6400 per day, before and after training, and at any other time, such as before bed.
